Heart & Soul Properties
New life and new memories.
Helping Investors create more wealth and make a difference by helping women in need create a new life and new memories.
Hi, my name’s Kaeleya Rayne.
I’m deeply passionate about empowering women to reach within, rewrite their futures, and rebuild a better life — all within a safe and welcoming space.
I also have a profound love for Britain’s beautiful old buildings — the kind that lights up my soul and makes my heart sing.
From timeworn stonework to hand-hewn doors, finely crafted built-ins, and intricate crown molding, these timeless spaces speak of history, craftsmanship, and resilience. They deserve to be honoured, cherished, and brought back to life — not left to stand empty and forgotten.
Over time, I discovered a powerful synergy between my two loves: supporting women in need and restoring historic British homes. I realised I could bring them together — creating new life and fresh memories for both home and heart.
Today, my passion lies in partnering with investors to find properties we can restore with purpose — transforming them into safe havens where women and their families can rebuild and thrive. Together, we create spaces that generate wealth and leave a lasting, meaningful impact on lives and communities — now and for generations to come.
A little bit about me and where my passion began for helping women in need…
My mother, who was my sun, my moon and my stars, was one of those nurses who always seemed to be there at the right moment to hold a patient’s hand when they were taking their last breath.
One morning as she arrived for a 5am shift, she didn’t see the black ice in the car park. As she stepped out of her car and onto a black ice patch, she fell straight back and crushed her brain stem.
Her doctors later told me they were doing a case study on her because she should have just been done, but she wasn’t, she went to work and kept functioning until things slowly started to fall apart for her.
She had this angelic quality about her, and somehow, once again, something magical had happened but she didn’t escape the fall. Instead of immediately becoming unable to function, she had a very very painful and slow decline.
3 years after her fall, she was taken into care and lived with a wonderful woman on her farm where there were ducks and rabbits, and the ability to safely go outside at night and enjoy the stars. They even took night time walks together and it was such a gift to see her be happy despite losing so much.
However, at one point there was a review of her living situation and the board realized her health had degraded beyond her current carer’s skills. She was forced to live in an institution and of course, the doors were locked quite early in the evening.
She struggled terribly because she had always been a very liberated and physically active person who loved to watch the full moon and gaze at the night sky and she was used to the freedom of simply stepping outside and filling her heart with joy and wonder.
She was still able to dial my number for some time and would call me in a panic and in tears asking me the same question over and over again, “Why won’t they let me go outside and see the moon?”
It was incredibly difficult to see her removed from a place she was so happy given her condition and put into a place where her quality of life started to drain away very quickly.
This was such a personal struggle for me also, to watch her suffer, and be unable to make the changes to that locked courtyard door.
I know that if she’d had the ability to simply step outside when her heart felt the call, and listen to the night birds or feel the breeze on her skin and look up at the moon,…
it would have brought her a sense of freedom and joy and greatly increased the quality of her life.
I truly believe that despite things having gone so wrong for her in the middle of what she thought and hoped would be a long and happy life, there would have been a sense of peace and a chance to heal her sorrow.
Her experience changed my focus in life to empowering women in need.
For the last 24 years I have focused on helping women create a safe place to go within their own hearts and minds with empowerment and healing coaching.
But I always had the dream of helping women have a safe place to live, a place they could go and heal and have a chance at a better life.
This is my why behind Heart and Soul Properties and why I am so determined to help investors create more wealth AND make a difference by helping women in need create a new life and new memories.
